Add fmt.Printf to the unhandled-error linter ignore list, no need to check every error returned by fmt.Printf (usually for debugging).

Shouldn't a plugin use log instead of fmt in the first place?

Plugins definitely should use log exclusively, but there are other parts in the project that use fmt.Printf. Mainly test files: https://github.com/influxdata/telegraf/search?p=1&q=fmt.Printf and recently @srebhan used it for: #9775
