Summary of code changes:
This PR contains changes in the kube_inventory input plugin to resolve the parsing error while fetching the node and pod metrics from k8s.
This code modifies files node.go and pod.go in the path src/github.com/telegraf/plugins/inputs/kube_inventory/ and make sure the convertQuantity() function defined in kube_state.go has a valid argument.
Unit tests:
Existing unit tests had to be modified to make sure the code runs as expected.
