Proposed change

This adds back the cleanup of the controller in the config flow, removed in #128123.
Without the cleanup, the controller continues to run and the port remains open, causing the integration to fail to setup.

  • New integration (thank you!)
  • New feature (which adds functionality to an existing integration)
  • Deprecation (breaking change to happen in the future)

  • Code quality improvements to existing code or addition of tests

Pull Request Overview

This PR restores the controller cleanup functionality in the Govee Light Local integration's config flow that was accidentally removed in a previous PR. Without proper cleanup, the controller continues running and keeps the port open, causing integration setup failures.

Key changes:

  • Restores the controller cleanup call that was removed
  • Simplifies the cleanup waiting logic from multiple events to a single event
