I originally brought this up in a google group thread in July and am finally getting around to the PR.
It seems quite difficult to find tooling that others have written around Vault. This PR adds a "Related Tools" page to the docs section of the website, roughly modeled on the Consul Tools page. I've started it out with a few that I'm aware of, including a shameless plug for one of my own.
Just to be clear, I'm well aware that you wonderful folks at HashiCorp might have better ideas for where this should be on the website, how it's laid out, and the exact wording. I'm really just trying to start discussion around the topic.
