When we need to use keyboard-interactive auth to connect bastion server, Packer can't send auth information now (e.g. I use OAuth pam module and public key to authenticate).
So, I want to support to KeyboardInteractive AuthMethod.
This patch doesn't impact exist bastion that doesn't use keyboard interactive auth.
