@sampajano This should fix b/265779666. If the CFEngine ends up taking some time to land with rollbacks, bugs and whatnot, this can work in the meantime.

Turns out this is needed in addition to #33320 to resolve the MacOS fork issues for Python. CC @sampajano Co-authored-by: AJ Heller <hork@google.com>
