Since dependabot only checks dependencies with uv that have a version specifier, just add the current latest one to all of `em (except guardian, #14453)
cc @rissson I'm not sure what way is the best to go here, if we want to do
>=,<=(as this PR does currently) or==or even~=.>=is currently default in uv when runninguv add, not sure how dependabot deals with that, but it shouldn't be an issue since we sync with the frozen flag.Some discussion in astral-sh/uv#6783
Tested in customer portal, dependabot updates things just fine when versions are specified with
==and updates both pyproject and uv.lockChecklist
