Description

Tooltip not localized (in resource properties panel, button to edit):

---> I think editResourceProperties has been already fixed.

But another localization was missing

loadingAbout: "Loading about... "

Updated all translation files.
When clicking on favorites, if the resource is featured, the featured item do not update / refresh
--> Favorite icon gets refreshed even if changed from another Card of Same resource

When edit about text, it is not updated on save. You have to close the panel and re-open to see it updated.
---> As details object under attributes of resource has resourceUrl at first as value, which gets updated as about text after editing. While re-visiting the about tab again, API to get about detail is invalid as now details is about text not resource URL. So added a check either it is resource URL or the about content.

After a sync with @allyoucanmap we have seen that this PR should be improved to avoid to include the concept of favorite in resources.
To do so, you should reuse the UPDATE_RESOURCE action, and remove your one. Do you thing @rowheat02 you can do another PR and backport both the changes in a single backport PR?
