Description

We should align the style of the users and groups UI based on the new improvements done for the homepage. Here a list of plugins we should refactor:

• GroupManager should be replaced with a new plugin using the resources grid components
• UserManager should be replaced with a new plugin using the resources grid components
• Manager plugin should be refactored using a tab system
• Review modal related to creation, edit and delete of users and groups by aligning the style of dialog

We should also remove the Header plugin and include the search filter inside the grids
