Since this is a workaround for hardware limitations on Intel Macs in the CI pool (as noted in the PR description), documenting the reasoning helps prevent accidental removal by future maintainers who might otherwise view the dual gpu=apple and cpu=arm64 dimensions as redundant or unnecessary.

This was only failing on intel macs, the drone dimension of an apple gpu isn't sufficient.
