Not sure what was the intention with this check.
Must be some kind of oversight.
It checks that dependencies are pinned, exactly what we are working to allow.

For consistency with the changes in packages/flutter/pubspec.yaml, it would be helpful to add a brief explanation why these dependencies remain pinned, rather than just providing the issue link. This improves readability and clarifies the intent for future maintainers.
