This pull request replaces the binary use-case categorization with a more flexible tag-based filtering system. It introduces a Tag enum, updates the UseCase class to support multiple tags, and implements a MenuAnchor with checkboxes in the main interface for filtering. Additionally, numerous new use cases and tests were added for widgets such as AboutListTile, ElevatedButton, and PopupMenuButton. Review feedback suggests improving the filter menu's user experience by keeping it open during multiple selections and adding mandatory documentation for the new public Tag enum.
