This pull request updates deprecated pub run commands to dart run across documentation and tool messages. The changes are correct and align with the move away from pub run. I have one suggestion for a potential follow-up to ensure consistency between documentation and implementation in one of the commands.

While this description is correctly updated to mention dart run test, the implementation of runCommand() for PackagesTestCommand (on line 129) still uses pub.batch(['run', 'test', ...]), which effectively calls the deprecated dart pub run test. To make the implementation consistent with the updated description, it should be changed to execute dart run test directly. This might be best addressed in a follow-up PR as it's outside the current diff.
