Code Review
This pull request updates the .gitattributes file to enforce LF line endings for the flutter, flutter-dev, and dart shell scripts. This is a good practice to ensure these scripts are executable on Unix-like systems, even when checked out on Windows. The change is correct and improves cross-platform compatibility. There are no issues with the proposed change.
