Code Review
This pull request performs a cleanup of triage-related files. It removes all references to the deprecated news_toolkit and its associated team-news label. It also updates the triage process to include google_fonts under the team-framework, and replaces outdated team-go_router labels with the correct p: go_router package label in various GitHub issue query URLs. The changes primarily affect documentation and issue templates. I have one minor suggestion to improve readability.

For better readability and maintainability, it would be good to sort the package labels in this URL query alphabetically.

Do you want a triage-framework label that we set auto-apply rules for in the packages repo, so you can just filter for that?
