Code Review
This pull request updates the Java version from 11 to 17 across various test and benchmark-related build.gradle files. This includes updating sourceCompatibility, targetCompatibility, and jvmTarget properties. Additionally, the documentation in Android-API-And-Related-Versions.md has been updated to reflect Java 17 as the recommended version in examples, and the comments in the examples have been clarified.
