Code Review
This pull request bumps the Firefox version to 143.0. The version is updated in engine/src/flutter/lib/web_ui/dev/package_lock.yaml and engine/src/flutter/ci/builders/linux_web_engine_test.json. The engine/src/flutter/lib/web_ui/README.md is also updated to replace manual instructions for updating CI dependencies with the felt generate-builder-json command. The changes are consistent across the files.
A note on process: the pull request description is empty. The project's style guide requires including a completed Pre-launch Checklist. Please remember to do so for future contributions.
