With the new changes to `dart format` that insert trailing commas automatically, these comments don't serve a purpose. Fixes #175655

Code Review
This pull request removes obsolete comments about trailing commas from several Dart template and example files. Since dart format now automatically handles trailing commas, these comments are no longer necessary. The changes are correct and improve code clarity by removing outdated information. This is a good housekeeping change.
