Examples demonstrating how to use Autocomplete where the options are fetched over the network. I included three new examples:

  1. The most basic example of fetching options over the network.
  2. Shows how to debounce requests.
  3. Shows how to handle network errors in addition to debouncing.

This was inspired by #125857, which suggests that Autocomplete should have built-in debouncing. It made me realize that doing asynchronous stuff with Autocomplete is poorly explained in our docs right now. I think the real solution to that issue is just to update the docs as in this PR, but it's still up for debate.

Fixes #125857

After discussion on #125855, we're going to hold off on built-in debouncing and instead this docs change will close the issue for now.
