Add debounce option in Autocomplete widget. #125857

Is there an existing issue for this?

Use case
Currently Autocomplete widget do not have any option to debounce to limit web API request in optionsBuilder. So when using APIs like Place Autocomplete number of requests becomes very high.
Proposal
So having a ability to debounce in Autocomplete widget will be nice.
