Sweep and Radial gradients have this, but linear does not. I'd like to surface it in the framework to help flutter/flutter#23648 but the inconsistency makes that challenging.

/cc @yjbanov @jonahwilliams - I'm not really sure what to do with the web code for this. Just add the param and ignore it for now?
