why do we need, on a par with put/get could just be subsumed under Has?

The main reason is that shed.Has is better for single chunk than shed.HasMulti, as it does not require a slice and does not have the iteration, making it more performant for single chunk checks.

This PR adds HasMulti method to chunk.Store. Localstore (over shed) uses a single snapshot for all Has calls, allowing checking multiple chunks availability a bit more performant.
Original Has method is not changed as it is better for checking one Chunk, than to pass only one Chunk to HasMulti.
