Summary
Adds an
--sslflag to the resolver generator script so that it can be used when kibana and elasticsearch are running with ssl enabled. Uses the ca found in @kbn/dev-utils with KbnClient and the elasticsearch nodejs client. Used as the flag is used when running es and kibanaFor maintainers
