Summary
Unskips the TSVB chart test suite.
In order to do so I try to fix some tests that seem t be flaky:
Closes Failing test: Firefox UI Functional Tests.test/functional/apps/visualize/_tsvb_chart·ts - visualize app visual builder metric should populate fields for basic functions #75127: It seems that sometimes the EUIcombobox renders with a delay. I have added the click event to the whole input and not only on the arrow and also added a retry. Let's hope that it will solve the flakiness.
Closes Failing test: Firefox UI Functional Tests.test/functional/apps/visualize/_tsvb_chart·ts - visualize app visual builder browser history changes should activate previous/next chart tab and panel config #80944: I have done the same here. There is a delay on loading the timeseries chart sometimes so I think that a retry here can stabilize it here.
