Is this no longer needed for dead code removal for React? |

@tylersmalley the only reason we were keeping this was to prevent the react dev tools from stop working due to react dead code from the development build. However our DLL solves that problem (only bundles the production entrypoints of react), so we don't need it anymore 😄 |
