* Rename loadOrGenerateHistoryUUID to reflect that it always generates a UUID
* Move .acquire() call next to the associated try {} block.

In my recent travels through the
InternalEngineI spotted a couple of minor things that made me pause for thought. Thinking is bad, mmkay, so I suggest these changes.
