When index.mode is standard, host.name would be normally mapped as a text field without doc values. Here we make sure it is always mapped as a keyword.

Make sure we use
logstemplates for the contender and thathost.nameis mappedas a
keywordwhenindex.modeisstandard. Also usesubobjects: falseto make sure we do not run into object-related synthetic source issues.
