Changes LGTM.
Seems a little strange having transparent colors, makes it look disabled.

Summary
This PR fixes artifacts when rendering the waffle chart using semi-opaque colors.
The issue was in the way used to create a round rect. It could be replaced with the new
roundRectcall in Canvas, but I opted to use a older compatible version of a rounded rect.Issues
