What does this PR do?
It bumps the version of Go to 1.15.9, updating the
.go-versionfile.Besides that, it updates the docs about installing GO, to use GVM instead of the official installation guide for Go.
Finally, we fixed a minor issue in docs, related to the goals used to prepare the environment.
Why is it important?
The main goal is to simplify the development process of this project coming from Beats development. ANd keep docs up-to-date.
