What does this PR do?
Renames winlogbeat javascript processor to windows and moves it to
libbeat. Processor can still be loaded as
winlogbeatfor backwardscompatibility.,
Why is it important?
Needed so Filebeat winlog input can have access to the winlogbeat
javascript processor.
