Issues and PRs will be marked as stale after 90 days and removed if there wasn't any activity 14 days after that.

@joschi Looks like something is very wrong with bot's understanding of 90 and 14 days. It marked plenty of newly reported issues as stale and then closed them after about half a day.

For example #2878 (comment) was reported 6 days ago, marked as stale and closed after half of the day.

Maybe this PR should be reverted until it did too much damage.
