ReleaseNotes and Tags are the only properties that aren't deprecated which have a different property name on the NuGet side than in Microsoft.DotNet.Build.Tasks.Packaging. The ReleaseNotes rename to PackageReleaseNotes needs an update in the dotnet/runtime repo.
