As a participant, after all the meetings' iframe visibility functionalities (see #8307), when I create meetings I have the "Iframe embed type" even if the meeting is of type "In person". This doesn't make much sense. See #8307 (comment)

Describe the solution you'd like

I need to be able to select the same options that an administrator already have when the meeting is of type "Online" or "Both" (Iframe embed type and Iframe access level).

Also, as participants can't create polls (#8065), then it doesn't make sense to have the "Iframe embed type" of "Open in live event page (with optional polls)"

Acceptance criteria

• Given that I'm a participant creating or editing a meeting
  when I select the "In person" type,
  then I don't have the "Iframe embed type" nor the "Iframe access level" options
• Given that I'm a participant creating or editing a meeting
  when I select the "Online" or "Both" types,
  then I have the "Iframe embed type" and the "Iframe access level" options
• Given that I'm a participant creating or editing a meeting
  when I select the "Online" or "Both" types,
  then in "Iframe embed type" I have only the options "None", "Embed in meeting page" and "Open in a new tab"
• All the other casuistic described in Online meetings iframe visibility to visitors/participants/registered #7719 (we will not add all of them as are too many)
