On the Azure v2 plugin and the azure_storage_accounts I'm getting write failures with the error ERROR: invalid input syntax for type json (SQLSTATE 22P02)

Writes should be successful

Steps to Reproduce

Very high level reproduction - use the branch from #1754 and fetch using a subscription that has Azure storage accounts (the CloudQuery subscriptions has those).
