One small inaccuracy in the changelog description. Posted an inline suggestion.

Review posted on PR #28959. One minor issue found: the changelog description field says "all running instances" but the command lists instances in all states (the example output includes a "provisioning" instance). Posted an inline suggestion to remove "running" from the description.

The rest of the PR looks good — correct frontmatter, proper component usage, consistent patterns with existing command docs, valid links, no MDX syntax issues, and the typo fix (configre -> configure) is a nice catch.
