This PR removes bundled third-party license files from the repository and transitions to embedding license information at build time using go:embed. The previous approach stored license files in third-party/ and generated platform-specific markdown reports (third-party-licenses.*.md). Now, licenses are generated during the build process via goreleaser pre-build hooks and embedded into each platform-specific binary.
Changes:
- Removed all third-party license files and reports from the repository
- Updated license generation script to support platform-specific generation and verification
- Added new
gh licensescommand to view embedded license information - Migrated issue/PR triage workflows to shared workflows
- Updated API client to pin REST API version to 2022-11-28
