This PR updates the GitHub CLI vulnerability scanning workflow to switch from binary mode to source mode for govulncheck on Go 1.25. The change addresses a compatibility issue where binary mode requires builds with -buildvcs=false, which is not currently used in the project's build process.

govulncheckto run in source mode (./...) instead of binary mode - Added explanatory comments about the Go 1.25 compatibility issue

Switch lint workflow to scan source code instead of binary due to false positive problems with govulncheck in Go 1.25
Also removes the build since that is no longer required.
