Merged, rebased, etc. (and made a mess of it, so I had to do it all again) |
It's simpler and there are two detectors on Fermi: LAT and GBM and eventually we want to access data from both.

Create a FermiLAT query tool - this version is incomplete but functional. Further work is required for downloading the files. Merge now for refactor work to be done today.

In response to #37, but also tries to implement the API proposed in #66.
Not complete! @cdeil, I invite your direct commentary here as I continue to work on it, but I will have to put this down in an hour (thesis due soon...)
