Direct link to the travis failure: It seems to have nothing to do with the change you made - perhaps that one just needs to be restarted? |

I think the failure is real and is related to the changes to make Sphinx extensions work in Python 3: astrofrog/astropy-helpers@astropy:29588bf...dda4407 cc @embray |

@embray - I'm updating to the penultimate commit of astropy-helpers, before the sphinx fixes. I've opened astropy/astropy-helpers#4 to keep track of the fact that sphinx is broken in the latest commit. In the mean time, if this passes, I'm going to merge since it's causing issues for affiliated packages and astropy pull requests. |

This update the astropy-helpers submodule to the latest version. I will merge if Travis passes.
