@embray - I can't remember whether we said we should not open issues here or not, so happy to close and move this. But currently Sphinx is broken on Python 2 due to the latest Python 3 fixes. #3 fixes the Python 2/3 compatibility for numpydoc, but we need to fix the other modules.
