fix: grant contents:write to validate-release job#860

Draft releases require write-level access to be visible via the GitHub API. The validate-release job had only contents:read, causing `gh release view` to fail with "No release found" for draft releases.

Problem
The release workflow fails at the
validate-releasejob becausegh release viewcannot find draft releases. This is because the job only hascontents: readpermission, but GitHub requirescontents: writeto view draft releases.See failed run: https://github.com/astral-sh/setup-uv/actions/runs/24528604608
Fix
Bump
validate-releasejob permissions fromcontents: readtocontents: write, matching thereleasejob which already has this permission.
