LGTM but @dcreager is a good assignee for this -- he wrote both the flaky detection in ecosystem-analyzer, and he authored the fix for the flakiness 😄

I think it's fine to go ahead and land this -- not like it's a complex change or hard to iterate on if there are some other projects we need to add back.

Summary
Our results are much more stable now, but these three still appear as flaky (see, e.g., https://287ce299.ty-ecosystem-ext.pages.dev/diff).
