Almost all of this needs to be changed/adapted for subscriptions. I checked with Ya-Chen before the holidays break and it's OK to remove before it's re-introduced for subscriptions.

No one uses amp-story-access (literally 0 stories). Removing it allows us to reduce the bundle size of amp-story by an extra 1kb
