VCS Team gradeable's error when you attempt to create a team (see image)

Expected behavior

It should be possible to create a team given that it is a VCS team Gradeable

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the "blank" section on you're local host
2. Create a Gradable
3. Check off VCS for the type of gradable and select that it is a team gradeable
4. Name the gradable and give it an ID and create it
5. Go back to the "blank" section and click create team on the gradeable
6. See error
