Similar to extension, we need to show an opt-in screen that lets users know what we're tracking and asks for their permission.

Only distinction is that this one (I think) should also ask for the permission to send crash reports (which the extension does not ask about) -- correct @brunobar79 ?

This should come after either onboarding path (get started or import)
