The connect/disconnect button (previously the arm/disarm checkbox, see #92) is in the top bar, while the device list is on the right of the app. This makes no sense semantically and it should be moved into the device list.

This change won't be contained in #92 because it requires more code changes than appropriate for a purely UI-related PR.
