Only problem remains: The library name column's size won't be stored because it's not of type MainTableColumn. |

Looks good so far, can be merged imho, but next step would be to convert the ColumnPreferences to the new prefs model, this would probably make the PersistentVisualState classes superfluous.

Fixes part of #8054
I simply copied the mainTableColumn stuff in the preferences and introduced an interface for usage in the MainTableFactory to pass the individual column preferences
CHANGELOG.mddescribed in a way that is understandable for the average user (if applicable)
