I agree this would be the better location in the menu, but for now this feature does not seem stable / extensive enough to be displayed that prominently. I would propose to make this PR part of #5614. |

This PR deletes the new action name and re-uses the old one. The menu item is just a probosal:
(Currently, it is in the "tools" menu)
