Downloaded and tried it out, not sure how it felt before but with this build, right and left stick aiming controls feel the same. |

Fix for issue #5100
Fixes the right stick aiming code that caused it to be significantly less precise than left stick aiming, now bringing them up to parity so both sticks are treated the same way in first person mode.
Remade PR to allow it to be properly merged into develop-blair.
