This changes the functionality of
-notaryparameter from a boolean to a string. The string must specify the.conf( eg, litecoin.conf bitcoin.conf komodo.conf etc) for the chain that is being notarized to. The given config file must include validrpcuser,rpcpasswordandrpcportvalues. If not, notarizations will not be validated on the "dest coin".usage:
